contemporary works she performs are dedicated to her and to
her chamber music groups. She has broadcast on Italian, Swiss
and Chinese radio and TV and has recorded nine CD's. As well as her activities as a concert
artist, she has also given a great deal of attention to the
methodology of music teaching, gaining a diploma in the Willems

Claudio Ballabio

He has performed in Italy and given concert tours Lebanon,
Germany, Austria and Holland. In 1985 he formed the duo Les
Divertissement with Maria Vittoria Jedlowski (CDs Si l'on revait...
and Divertimento a due) and, as well as giving concerts dedicated
to single composers as a duo, they have also often appeared
together as soloists in performances of concertos for two guitars
and orchestra, (including first performances of the concertos
by Francis Kleynjans, John Duarte and Sebastiano Cognolato).
In 2000 and 2001 Claudio Ballabio toured Italy and Holland
with the Naildance Guitar Quartet, playing music for guitar
quartet written by contemporary composers At the moment, he
is very much involved in performing a style of music which
crosses the frontier between classical and jazz, both in collaboration
with the flautist Giuliano Prada in the duo Warp and in collaboration
with the jazz guitarist Franco Cerri. He teaches guitar at
the “Scuola Musicale di Milano”.
